IPSG AGM

The 6th Annual General Meeting of the Irish Playwrights' and Screenwriters' Guild will take place on Saturday June 28th at 2.30pm at the Light House Cinema, Market Square, Smithfield, Dublin 7.

Nominations to vacant places on the Board of Directors, proposed by a member entitled to attend the AGM, together with a note of consent to be so nominated from the nominee, should reach the Company Secretary at Art House, Curved Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 not later than 5.00pm on the 25th June, 2008.

Only full members may nominate or vote in the AGM. All full members of the Guild should have received a notice about the AGM, and a proxy form in case they are unable to attend the AGM. Completed proxy forms should reach the Company Secretary at Art House, Curved Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 by 5.00pm on the 26th June, 2008.
